Reduce Stress
Stress can affect almost all your body faculties. Your brain is equally involved in the sexual process. Any sort of stress of mental distraction can put you off sex. Stress also elevates the level of Cortisol in blood. This hormone inhibits the production of testosterone. This not only lowers libido in men but can also trigger erectile dysfunction.
Reducing stress can be a great way to boost libido or sex drive in men. Sex in itself is a great stress buster but you have to be prepared for it in the first place.
Deep breathing exercises are a great way to relieve stress. Yoga, Pranayama and meditation can also be a great help.
2. Exercise Regularly
This is important to boost blood flow in your body. Exercise not only increases blood flow throughout the body but also to the penis. Not only this, it also helps to increase your energy levels. Besides this, it also ensures optimum production of testosterone in your body. Testosterone is important for maintaining your sex drive and erectile function. A brisk walk for 45 minutes daily is the best way to exercise.
3. Get More Sunlight
Sunlight helps suppress the production of melatonin which is known to lower libido. No wonder, people have greater sexual urge during the summer months as compared to the winter months. This also explain huge population in countries like India where the typical climate is warm.
